Laundry Room Floor Before

This client wanted to restore the original color of the tile grout in their laundry room and apply a sealer that would last for years.  Years of heavy use had left the grout stained and dirty.  They had tried a number of “off the shelf” sealers but found that eventually they all failed, leaving their tile floor looking dirty.
